How does InstaTrack work?
InstaTrack monitors public Instagram accounts you choose to track. We periodically check who they follow and notify you when they follow or unfollow someone.
Can I track private accounts?
No, InstaTrack can only track public Instagram accounts. Private accounts have their following lists hidden from public view.
How often is the activity updated?
We check tracked accounts for new activity regularly throughout the day. The exact frequency may vary based on system load and your subscription plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.
Why am I not seeing any activity?
If you're not seeing activity, it could mean the tracked account hasn't followed or unfollowed anyone recently. Make sure the account is public and actively following new accounts.
How do I delete my data?
To request deletion of all your data, please send an email to contact@instatrack.live with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 30 days.
