2. Service Description

InstaTrack is a mobile application that allows users to monitor publicly available Instagram following activity. The App tracks changes in who Instagram accounts follow and displays this information to subscribers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to harass, stalk, or intimidate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Share or resell your subscription with others

5. Subscription and Payment

InstaTrack offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InstaTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services and publicly available data from Instagram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Changes to Instagram's platform or policies may affect the availability or functionality of our service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTATRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
